Most of our orders are shipped within 3-6 business days from receipt of your purchase order. We always strive to display jewellery on our online store that is readily available.
However, due to our small-scale production and manual processes, there may be times when shortages of stock result in slight shipping delays. If the piece you are ordering is not in stock, or production delays are expected, we will inform you of the new delivery date as soon as possible.
We use CTT Mail for domestic and international orders.
Alternative delivery methods and additional insurance are available upon request.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order has been processed, with your tracking ID.

CUSTOMES & IMPORT CHARGES
Paula Vieira Jewellery has no control over the charges made when the order arrives in its destination country. Any import duties and customs fees must be paid by the order recipient. The amount payable and customs policies are changeable and vary from country to country, so we are unable to provide the buyer with reliable information about the amount that will be charged. We advise you to contact your local customs office to verify the current charges before placing the order.
