Paula Vieira Jewellery pieces are made of precious metals – 925 silver and 925 silver with 24 karat gold plating – and officially hallmarked by INCM, Contrastaria da Casa da Moeda, Lisboa, Portugal, when applicable (silver pieces > 2grs, gold pieces > 1gr).

3 — TERMS
This website is managed by Paula Vieira – hereinafter referred to as Paula Vieira or we. Terms and conditions apply to all users of paulavieirajewellery.com. The terms are valid for all future transactions between you and us. These terms and conditions apply to the sales of jewellery or other products by Paula Vieira to private individuals. Paula Vieira reserves the right to revise these terms and conditions.
4 — QUALITY GUARANTEE
All products are handmade. Due to the nature of my production method, each product may vary slightly in form and weight.
If you receive a faulty and/or damaged item, you must contact us within 3 days of receipt.
Paula Vieira’s quality guarantee only covers manufacturing defects. Paula Vieira cannot be held responsible for defects due to failure or damage caused by improper use or carelessness (e.g. cracks from adjusting a bracelet or ring too vigorously or frequently), aesthetic changes, defects and damage due to normal wear/tear and ageing.
5 — PRICING
All prices are listed in Euros and subject to change without notice.
Alternative delivery methods and additional insurance are available upon request.
All prices include a sales VAT tax of 23%, applied to Portugal and EU. If you're placing an order outside the EU, your local tax rate will be calculated at checkout.
Paula Vieira Jewellery has no control over the charges made when the order arrives in its destination country. Any import duties and customs fees must be paid by the order recipient. The amount payable and customs policies are changeable and vary from country to country, so we are unable to provide the buyer with reliable information about the amount that will be charged. We advise you to contact your local customs office to verify the current charges before placing the order.

We accept debit and credit card payments (MasterCard, American Express and Visa) via Stripe and bank transfer.
