Once your wax design is complete and returned to our Atelier, we will hand cast it in silver, preserving every detail of your unique fingerprint ring for years to come.

Can I gift this kit to someone who has never made jewellery before?
Yes. The kit is designed for beginners and comes with a detailed step-by-step guide.
Each box arrives beautifully wrapped, making it a thoughtful and memorable gift.
How does the sizing work?
Each wax ring is pre-sized according to your order. If you’re buying the kit as a gift, please estimate the recipient’s size if you don’t already know it. We allow a tolerance of two sizes up or down and can adjust the final piece based on the confirmed size provided on the return form.
The kit also includes a ring sizer so you, or the person receiving the gift, can check the size before sending the wax back.
What metal do you use?
We cast in 925 sterling silver.

How do I send my wax ring back to be cast?
Once your wax ring is ready, return it to us together with the completed form included in your kit.
We’ll cast, finish and polish your piece before sending it back to you.
Where can you ship The Ring Kit?
We currently ship the ring kit to Portugal (including the islands) and across Europe, excluding the UK. We are working on expanding our mailing network.

How long will it take to receive my final piece?
Please allow 2–4 weeks for casting and polishing. Shipping times may vary.
We will provide tracking information once your finished silver fingerprint ring has been shipped.
Do I need to know my ring size before ordering The Ring Kit?
Yes, you’ll need to know your own ring size, or the approximate size of the person you’re gifting the kit to when placing the order so we can send the correct size wax ring. If you’re not completely sure of the exact ring size, don’t worry. We allow a tolerance of two sizes up or down and will adjust the final piece once the confirmed size is provided on the return form.

How are the kits packaged?
All of our ring making kits are beautifully packaged and presented. The mailer, box, inserts and protective packaging can all be reused and are free from plastics.
Will you keep copies of my wax ring?
No. Each wax imprint is one of a kind and used in the silver ring casting process. During casting, the original wax melts away as it’s transformed into silver, leaving you with a finished fingerprint ring that’s completely unique to you.
Is there a time limit to return my wax?
Due to fluctuations in the price of silver, your ring making kit must be used within six months of purchase.
Can I create a ring using something other than a fingerprint?
Yes. While many choose to imprint their own or a loved one’s fingerprint, you’re free to capture whatever feels meaningful. From a baby’s toe or a pet’s paw to the texture of fabric or a leaf, any small detail can be imprinted and immortalised with our wax ring making kit.
Can I return The Ring Kit?
Unused kits in their original condition can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery.
