Shipping policy

Orders to the United States and Canada travel with UPS and usually arrive within 4 to 6 business days of dispatch.

Shipping times may vary for pre-order and made-to-order pieces. We will always contact you directly with an estimated delivery date and keep you updated on the progress of your order.

SHIPPING COMPANIES

We use tracked CTT Mail for deliveries within Portugal and Europe. Orders to the United States and Canada are shipped with UPS, fully tracked from our Atelier to your door.

TRACKING ORDERS

Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email including your invoice. As soon as your piece has been dispatched, a tracking number will be provided so you can follow its delivery.

Please note that we are not responsible for any loss or theft of parcels once delivery has been confirmed by the carrier.

CUSTOMS DUTIES & IMPORT TAXES

Orders delivered outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties and import taxes. These are set by the destination country, are not included in our prices or shipping charges, and are payable by the recipient on delivery.

For orders to the United States, please note that all imports are now subject to duties and import taxes regardless of order value, following the end of the US de minimis exemption. If you are unsure what applies to you, we recommend contacting your local customs office before placing your order.
